Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a BAU Operations Analyst to provide operational and analyst support to the PMO, ensuring BAU runs smoothly alongside transformation work.

The role requires grounding day-to-day activities in the wider program context, supporting senior partners with operational and reporting needs, and owning BAU issues to drive timely resolution and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU operations and analyst support to the PMO, keeping BAU running alongside transformation.
• Understand program nuances to ground day-to-day work in cross-workstream context.
• Support senior partners with day-to-day operational and reporting needs.
• Own BAU issues and drive resolution rather than just logging them.
• Produce and maintain BAU updates, scorecards and reporting for stakeholders.
• Serve as first contact for operational issues, triaging and routing queries.

Job description

• Provide BAU operations and analyst support to the overall PMO team, keeping business-as-usual running smoothly alongside the transformation work
• Get across the nuances of the wider program so day-to-day support is grounded in real understanding of what's happening across workstreams
• Support senior partners on the project with day-to-day operational and reporting needs
• Take ownership of operational and BAU issues, driving conversations through to closure rather than just logging and passing them on
• Produce and maintain BAU workstream updates, scorecards, and other reporting deliverables to keep stakeholders informed
• Act as a first point of contact for operational issues, triaging and routing queries to the right function
