UNISONEDGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks an accomplished IT Project Manager to lead complex banking technology initiatives in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end delivery, aligning business goals with IT capabilities across multiple streams.

The role requires 10+ years in IT PM, experience with large budgets, multi-vendor teams, PMO governance, and both Agile and Waterfall approaches. Strong communication to CIO/CTO-level stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT Project Management experience in Banking/Financial Services tech projects.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects/programmes with USD 10–20M+ budgets.
End-to-end delivery across requirements, planning, budgeting, resources, SIT/UAT, deployment.
Experience leading 50+ technical resources/multi-vendor teams with demand-supply planning.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple streams in a banking environment.
Provide PMO governance: RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and controls.
Present status and financials to senior management and CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
Manage vendor contracts, SOWs, SLAs, and procurement activities.
