Job summary

You will collate staff data, manage on/off-boarding, and perform administrative tasks critical to large programs, including updating reports and coordinating stakeholder inputs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant PMO experience
• Experience with project governance and reporting
• Experience with staff onboarding/offboarding and admin tasks

Responsibilities

• Track and report the progress of each project within the Shared Platform team.
• Collate and maintain staff numbers, seating plans, and assets.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather information for consolidated reporting.
• Enhance existing reports to reflect changes in business needs and stakeholder expectations.
