Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to provide governance, planning and reporting across engagements. You will manage issues, risks, change control, and deliverables while ensuring contractual and financial constraints are met.

The role spans workforce planning, onboarding, training, and employee relations across onshore and offshore teams, driving performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workforce management across onshore and offshore teams.
• Ability to analyze workforce and capacity data to forecast demand.
• Proven track record in talent management and reducing turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end workforce management across planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned to objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and coach distributed teams to drive performance and operational excellence.
• Analyze workforce and capacity data to forecast future demand and support resourcing decisions.
• Implement talent management initiatives to attract, retain and develop high performers.
• Streamline onboarding processes to reduce time to productivity.
• Optimize hiring and resourcing models for cost efficiency and capability uplift.
• Produce and maintain financial and workforce metrics for senior management.
