Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate office relocation and new office setup to ensure operational readiness.
• Oversee day-to-day office and facilities operations for a safe, functional workspace.
• Coordinate with vendors, landlords, IT and service providers for smooth operations.
• Manage safety, regulatory compliance and emergency preparedness in the workplace.
• Handle leasing, procurement, inventory and office asset management.
