Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track project actions and ensure no task falls through the cracks.
• Take and distribute meeting minutes using GenAI tools.
• Prepare and consolidate project status reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain key project documents like risk and issue logs.
• Monitor project budgets from allocation to actual spend.
• Support financial reporting and insights on budget health.
• Facilitate communication among project teams and stakeholders.
• Assist in applying consistent project management tools.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
