Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Data & Communications Analyst to maintain PMO Power BI dashboards, analyze project portfolio data and translate findings into management insights. You will support PMO processes, streamline reporting routines and manage the PMO homepage and communications mailbox.

The role requires 2–3 years in data analytics or BI, with hands-on dashboard experience (Power BI, Tableau or QlikView).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, business, economics, engineering, IT, data science or related field.
• 2–3 years in data analytics, BI, project reporting or PMO support; banking/FS preferred.
• Hands-on experience maintaining dashboards with Power BI or similar tools (QlikView/Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights for management.
• Proactive, improvement-oriented with interest in streamlining reporting.
• Good written communication for department broadcasts and homepage content.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Python, VBA or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh PMO Power BI dashboards with data validation and quality checks.
• Analyse project portfolio data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear insights and narratives for management updates.
• Identify opportunities to streamline PMO processes and reporting routines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into dashboards and updates.
• Manage the PMO department homepage content and communications mailbox.
