Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking a Data & Communications Analyst to support the IT PMO. You will maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze project data, and translate findings into actionable insights for management.

Additionally, you will streamline PMO processes and manage the PMO homepage and communications mailbox, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver clear updates. A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of analytics experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, economics, engineering, IT, data science or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, PMO support or project reporting.
• Hands-on dashboard development using Power BI or similar tools (QlikView, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide management updates.
• Proactive and improvement-oriented with interest in streamlined reporting.
• Good written communication to manage updates and homepage content.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refresh PMO Power BI dashboards with data validation.
• Analyze project portfolio data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate data into clear insights for management reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and reporting routines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into dashboards and updates.
• Independently manage the PMO department homepage content.
• Manage the PMO communications mailbox for broadcasts.
