Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Governance Manager (PMO) in Singapore to lead IT governance and change control across banking projects. You will coordinate with business units and IT teams to prepare business cases, ensure compliance with governance standards, and manage approvals through head office and governance forums.

The role demands 8+ years in PMO or business analysis within financial services, with strong Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow experience.

Qualifications

8+ years of PMO/Business Analysis experience in banking or financial services.
Strong IT project governance, SDLC and change management understanding.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business units to prepare business cases, proposals and cost-benefit analyses for funding.
Prepare and present Applications for Approval (AFA) to approval committees and governance forums.
Ensure proposals meet local and global governance standards and approval requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify queries and facilitate timely approval decisions.
Oversee end-to-end governance for IT system changes with required reviews and sign-offs.
Ensure compliance with change management policies and governance frameworks.
Coordinate with stakeholders to track change requests and maintain documentation through approval.
Monitor adherence to SDLC and change control requirements.
Serve as liaison between local teams and Head Office on governance and approvals.
Align local initiatives with corporate governance and reporting standards.
Collaborate with business units, IT teams and senior stakeholders to resolve governance issues.
