Job summary

LG CNS in Singapore seeks an experienced PMO/Project Manager/Business Analyst with 8+ years in financial services to drive governance, business case development, and project approvals.

You will own end-to-end change governance, collaborate with business units and Head Office, manage key stakeholders, and ensure alignment with global standards while delivering value for funding decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as PMO/PM/BA in financial services or banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, IT, CS or PM related field.
• PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master certifications desirable.
• Advantageous to have business-level Japanese, Korean or Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Draft compelling business cases (AFA) with business units for funding approval.
• Governance navigation to align with global and local standards.
• Gatekeeping system changes: own end-to-end workflow with sign-offs.
• Stakeholder management and clear communication with Head Office and local units.
• Head Office liaison to ensure local portfolios align with corporate strategy.
