Job summary
Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced PMO/Project Manager for a challenging banking/financial services portfolio. You will lead governance, compile AFAs, and coordinate across business and technology teams to drive project outcomes.
The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, change governance expertise, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow. PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certifications are a plus; apply to join a dynamic Singapore-based team.
Qualifications
- 8+ years as PMO/Project Manager/Business Analyst in banking/financial services.
- Strong SDLC and change governance knowledge.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.
- Experience preparing business cases or AFAs.
- Experience managing project governance and approvals.
- PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases and AFAs for funding.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, funding, outcomes.
- Present AFA submissions to governance forums.
- Manage end-to-end change governance for system changes.
- Ensure changes receive approvals and governance clearance.
- Coordinate with business and tech teams for project governance.
- Liaise with Head Office to align portfolios with strategy and reporting.
- Monitor governance adherence and compliance.
