Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable project delivery professional in Singapore to support PMO activities, coordinate requirements, and assist with testing and post-go-live processes. The role emphasizes documentation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in project delivery or PMO support, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project delivery, business analysis or PMO support.
• Experience in project coordination, documentation, requirements gathering or testing support.
• Familiarity with project governance, UAT, implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational, analytical and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Experience in cards, acquiring, issuing, personal loans or transaction processing projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and action items.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports and governance records.
• Support business requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
• Coordinate testing activities, including test preparation, execution tracking, defect management and issue resolution.
• Assist with implementation readiness, training coordination, cutover planning and post-go-live support.
• Maintain project trackers, RAID logs and delivery dashboards to ensure timely reporting and follow-through.
• Work closely with business, technology and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
