Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support a large-scale transformation programme across multiple workstreams.

You will assist governance, financial management, reporting, resource tracking, and project controls in a structured enterprise environment. You will work with project managers and senior stakeholders to monitor budgets, prepare management reports, and keep audit-ready records.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, PM, or related field.
  • Experience in PMO, project coordination, programme support, project finance, business operations, or project administration.
  • Good understanding of project governance, controls, and lifecycle processes.
  • Strong financial analysis and numerical skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, financial reconciliation, or management reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience preparing project dashboards, management reports, and status updates.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • PMO Operations & Governance: Support day-to-day PMO operations across multiple projects and programme workstreams.
  • Maintain governance artefacts, decision logs, project records, and document repositories.
  • Coordinate programme reviews, governance meetings, steering committee updates, and management reporting.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, business stakeholders, and other project teams.
  • Project Tracking, Reporting & Controls: Maintain accurate project information covering schedules, scope, financials, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.
  • Consolidate project performance information and prepare weekly, monthly, and management-level status reports.
  • Develop and maintain PMO dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
  • Maintain RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies.
  • Follow up on risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and outstanding actions through closure.
  • Support project audits, compliance reviews, and governance checkpoints.
  • Identify reporting inconsistencies, data quality issues, and opportunities to improve PMO processes.
  • Project Administration & Resource Management: Support project invoice processing, vendor payments, purchase requests, and timesheet administration.
  • Coordinate resource onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and related project activities.
  • Maintain resource plans, utilisation reports, leave trackers, and workforce planning information.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, governance sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, document decisions, and track actions through completion.
  • Maintain shared project repositories and ensure appropriate document organisation and version control.

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support a large-scale transformation programme involving multiple project workstreams, stakeholders, budgets, and long-term delivery activities.

The role will provide hands‑on support across project governance, financial management, reporting, resource tracking, project controls, and administration. A significant part of the position involves monitoring project financials, analysing budget performance, preparing management reports, and ensuring accurate financial and governance information.

The successful candidate should be comfortable working with numbers, project data, senior stakeholders, and multiple competing priorities within a structured enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
PMO Operations & Governance
  • Support day-to-day PMO operations across multiple projects and programme workstreams.

  • Ensure project teams follow established governance frameworks, reporting standards, controls, and PMO processes.

  • Coordinate programme reviews, governance meetings, steering committee updates, and management reporting.

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, business stakeholders, and other project teams.

  • Maintain governance artefacts, decision logs, project records, and document repositories.

  • Ensure project documentation remains accurate, complete, current, and audit‑ready.

Project Financial Management
  • Maintain accurate project financial trackers, forecasts, and management reports.

  • Monitor approved budgets, actual expenditure, committed costs, forecasts, burn rates, and funding utilisation.

  • Analyse financial data to identify budget variances, cost overruns, spending trends, and potential financial risks.

  • Support monthly financial closing, accruals, invoice verification, reconciliation, and cost allocation activities.

  • Prepare financial dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for project leadership.

  • Support Project Managers with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and funding submissions.

  • Track financial commitments against approved budgets and highlight potential variances or constraints.

  • Support resource cost planning and workforce cost forecasting.

  • Review relevant financial documentation, procurement requests, change requests, and approval papers for completeness and compliance.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Vendor Management, and project teams on budget management, financial reporting, and invoice processing.

Project Tracking, Reporting & Controls
  • Maintain accurate project information covering schedules, scope, financials, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and deliverables.

Required Skills

  • Relevant experience in PMO, project coordination, programme support, project finance, business operations, or project administration.

  • Good understanding of project governance, project controls, and project lifecycle processes.

  • Strong financial analysis and numerical skills.

  • Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, financial reconciliation, or management reporting.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Experience preparing project dashboards, management reports, presentations, and status updates.

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple activities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience using Power BI or other dashboard and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with project portfolio management or enterprise project management systems.

  • Experience supporting large-scale technology or transformation programmes.

  • Exposure to public sector or complex enterprise project environments.

  • Understanding of procurement, vendor management, purchase orders, accruals, and invoice processes.

  • Exposure to executive-level or steering committee reporting would be advantageous.
