Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Platform Operations Engineer to support enterprise IT infrastructure across Microsoft 365 and on‑premises environments in Singapore. You will ensure service availability and troubleshoot incidents across collaboration and identity services.

You will follow SOPs, perform runbooks, coordinate with M365, database, and infrastructure teams, and contribute to disaster recovery and documentation to maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of experience in enterprise IT operations, infrastructure support, or platform operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Familiarity with on-premises enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networking, and hosting environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills across hybrid IT environments.
• Experience working with SOPs, operational runbooks, and IT service management processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple technical teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
• Perform initial incident triage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across collaboration platforms, identity services, and on-premises infrastructure.

• Execute established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational runbooks to maintain service stability.
• Support service restoration, backup verification, and disaster recovery activities.
• Provide cross-functional operational coverage to ensure service continuity during peak periods or manpower shortages.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation, incident records, and handover reports.
