Job summary

XCELLINK PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Cloud Operations professional to design, implement, and maintain secure Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud-hosted applications.

The role covers CI/CD automation, observability, incident management per ITIL, and governance compliance, collaborating with vendors and internal teams to drive platform improvements and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–7 years in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and operational support.
• Understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, and operational support.
• Understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates).
• Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting enterprise or government systems.
