Job summary

Apple Inc. in Singapore is seeking engineers who will design, configure, and operate large-scale device management and asset management platforms. You will integrate Jamf Pro with Oomnitza and internal systems to ensure device state and lifecycle events are automated and reliable.

The role focuses on building scalable workflows, testing deployments, and collaborating with global teams across engineering, security, and operations to deliver secure, automated device lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, SE, IS, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in platform engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, or enterprise device management.
• Hands-on with enterprise MDM; Jamf Pro preferred: configuration profiles, policies, scoping, patch and deployment workflows.
• Systems integration capability: connecting enterprise platforms into automated workflows via REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize the device management platform (Jamf Pro) to meet unique requirements.
• Set up, configure, and operate the asset management platform (Oomnitza) as the system of record for the fleet.
• Build integrations and automation connecting device management and asset management with Apple’s internal systems.
• Develop and run tests validating the platform, then support its rollout.
• Define monitoring, alerting, and operational practices for the platform and fleet.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate requirements into platform capability.
