Job summary

Apple is seeking engineers passionate about technology and its deployment at scale in Singapore. You will help design, configure, and operate our device management and asset management platforms to keep devices secure and productive, with automation to minimize manual effort.

You will collaborate across engineering, security, and operations to translate requirements into scalable platform capabilities, focusing on Jamf Pro, Oomnitza, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in platform engineering, systems engineering, DevOps, or enterprise device management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM and Jamf Pro preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize our device management platform (Jamf Pro) to meet unique requirements.
• Set up, configure, and operate our asset management platform (Oomnitza) as the system of record for the fleet.
• Build integrations and automation connecting device management and asset management with internal systems.
• Develop and run testing to validate the platform and support its rollout.
• Define monitoring, alerting, and operational practices for the platform and fleet.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate requirements into platform capabilities.
