Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an OutSystems Architect to lead architecture decisions on large, complex projects using the OutSystems platform. You will craft high-level designs, guide implementation, and drive architecture governance across the lifecycle.

The role requires deep OutSystems expertise, cloud experience, DevOps fluency, and strong communication skills to engage clients and teams effectively. This position offers opportunities to mentor colleagues and influence strategic architecture

Qualifications

• Typically 10-15 years in a technical role.
• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with OutSystems (O11/ODC).
• Experience deploying large scalable production applications on OutSystems.
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Understanding of OutSystems cloud deployment models.
• Proficiency with DevOps tools and methodologies (LifeTime and CI/CD).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and API design.
• Excellent written and spoken English; client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in large OutSystems projects.
• Define system-level architecture and patterns using OutSystems canvas.
• Develop Technical Design Specification (TDS) for OutSystems apps.
• Engage clients to explain architecture choices and capabilities.
• Coach and mentor junior architects and developers.
• Assist in pre-sales and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
