Job summary

GKE FAIR CHEM PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned plant/production leader to oversee chemical manufacturing processes at our Singapore facility.

You will drive production efficiency, ensure compliance with HSEQ and ISO standards, manage maintenance collaboration, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost throughput. Degree holders with 8+ years in factory operations and strong Lean leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or chemistry is required.
Minimum 8 years experience in factory or plant processes.
Strong leadership skills and lean management experience.

Responsibilities

Deep understanding of chemicals in paper & pulp, aerospace, oil & gas; advise on formulation feasibility and material handling.
Optimize production capacity to increase productivity.
Ensure production orders are fulfilled to customer schedules.
Suggest improvements to facilities, procedures and throughput.
Possess electrical knowledge for equipment used for chemicals.
Lead project design, P&ID work with management and feasibility studies.
Collaborate with maintenance on major/minor projects and repairs.
Ensure preventive maintenance and license renewals are timely.
Ensure accurate monthly stock takes and ISO/HSEQ compliance.
Ensure licenses for raw materials and RA requirements are met.
Fulfils quality targets and waste disposal evaluation.
Report based on company requirements.
