Job summary

L G L Global is seeking an Operations Executive to support the daily operations of a manufacturing plant in Singapore. The role focuses on smooth production processes, manpower coordination, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards.

You will coordinate production schedules, monitor workflows, and assist in manpower planning to meet daily operational targets. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or food production environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily manufacturing plant operations and production activities.
• Coordinate production schedules and monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Support manpower planning and deployment for daily operational needs.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Prepare operational reports, production records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments for operational support.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment maintenance schedules and report operational abnormalities.
• Support implementation of SOPs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct stock checks and maintain proper inventory records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness standards within the plant.
