SEARCHASIA CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee site management and drive safe, efficient production. You will lead the operations function, hire and coach the Production team, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimize performance.

The role requires a chemical engineering background with 10+ years in a chemical plant and hands-on experience with batch processing. A strong leadership track record and budget stewardship are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in Chemical Plant.
Experience in Batch Processing Plant.
Strong leadership.

Responsibilities

Overall management of the site.
Responsible for leading and managing the operations function to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Hire, train, develop, and coach the Production team.
Ensure operational continuous process improvement.
Manage capital and operating expenditure and drive performance against budget.
Provide leadership and guidance and works closely with the senior stakeholders.
