Job summary

AME International is seeking an experienced Plant Manager in Singapore to lead a precision CNC manufacturing facility. You will own day-to-day operations, drive safety, quality, and cost efficiency, and manage cross-functional teams across Production, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Facilities, and Procurement.

The role requires 8–12+ years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in senior leadership, strong Lean / Six Sigma credentials, and proven P&L accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• 8–12+ years in manufacturing ops with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end plant operations focusing on safety, schedules, quality and cost.
• Lead annual operating budgets, CapEx and OpEx management.
• Drive EHS culture and ISO/local regulatory compliance.
• Oversee master scheduling, OEE, and lean initiatives to reduce cycle times.
