Job summary

TQC PRECISION ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations leader to manage two plants and drive expansion readiness. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead the operations team, and coordinate across functions to ensure efficient, compliant manufacturing in a semiconductor environment.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s in engineering and strong Lean, KPI, and leadership experience to optimize productivity, quality, and delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading manufacturing operations in semiconductor capital equipment or complex assembly.
• Experience developing manufacturing teams and frontline leaders.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience using manufacturing metrics and KPIs to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day operations of the plant.
• Lead and manage the Operations team for smooth workflow.
• Oversee implementation and readiness of the new plant as part of expansion.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, and schedules to support business needs.
• Establish and improve operational processes, workflows and SOPs for the new plant.
• Monitor production activities, productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure alignment between production, engineering, warehouse, quality, procurement and other functions.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulatory standards.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
