Job summary

Michelman is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities in Singapore. You will drive safe, efficient plant execution across shifts, align production with quality and schedule targets, and foster a culture of accountability through coaching and development of team leads, technicians, and operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership.
• Experience in chemical or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with incident investigations, audits, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient day-to-day manufacturing operations across all shifts.
• Deliver production plans in line with quality standards and on-time performance expectations.
• Monitor performance and drive timely resolution of operational issues.
• Maintain strong floor presence and visible leadership with teams.
• Ensure alignment between Production and Maintenance to deliver reliability and schedule attainment.
• Execute preventive maintenance and reliability plans to minimize downtime.
• Identify and resolve recurring operational issues through structured problem solving.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders, technicians, and operators.
