Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee plant facility management, environmental compliance, and investment projects from initiation to commissioning. The role requires building automation, water and energy conservation, and close collaboration with external consultants.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has at least 10 years of management experience, and can drive cost savings and system improvements across multiple engineering disciplines.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience.
• Experience in PCB manufacturing environment is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of Plant Facility, Engineering Service, Industrial Engineering, and Environmental Management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and Hazardous Substances Permit management.
• Budget control, planning and preventive maintenance knowledge.
• Technical knowledge of building automation control/maintenance, HVAC, compressors, and water & waste-water treatment.
• Experience in water and electricity conservation/utilization programs, including data analysis and target setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMR).
• Manage Hazardous Substances Permit (Hazardous Substances License Holder).
• Liaise with consultants on new requirements/projects.
• Manage investment projects from initiation to commissioning of systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
