Responsibilities

• Lead the department to achieve its goals and ensure safety, security and regulatory compliance.
• Formulate strategies to grow the business and market share.
• Direct and oversee operations staff, motivating and training them to meet standards.
• Develop and implement procedures for objective-driven operations.
• Monitor and improve team performance through leadership and coaching.
• Ensure audits meet ISO 9001, 14000, etc.
• Meet department P&L targets and maintain order book pipeline.
