Job summary

GS Precision PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Planning & Execution professional to plan, review, and release production schedules across multiple sections. You will address delays, balance loads, and ensure on-time shipments while coordinating with departments to align manufacturing sequences and lead times.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or related field, with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity. Fresh graduates are welcome; 5-day work week with 8:30am–6pm in Tuas Circle area.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and multi-tasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review and release daily and weekly production schedules for sections.

• Review monthly forecast and ensure products are planned and delivered to support revenue.
• Forward planning to balance loading and avoid capacity shortages.
• Manage supplies to meet production plans and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvement in quality and delivery.
• Collate reports and perform statistical analysis to maintain inventory levels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and report progress to management.

Other Information:

• Working Day: 5 days
• Working Hour: 830am-6pm
• Working Location: Tuas Gul Cirlce

Planning & Execution:

• Plan, review and release daily and weekly production schedule for sections
• Address delays and adjust schedules in unforeseen circumstances to meet deadlines
• Create master schedules to ensure each operation meets shipment dates based on forecasts or orders.
• Review monthly forecast and ensure products are planned and delivered to support the revenue requirement
• Forward planning to even the loading by pulling forward or delaying loading to avoid capacity shortage
• Manage supplies to meet production plans and customers’ demand as well as ensure timely delivery of materials to support production build and meet targeted inventory turns
• Monitor performance of suppliers to meet objectives in quality, flexibility, inventory control and actively engage suppliers to improve the deliverables (supplier evaluation and supplier development)
• Collating reports and run statistical analysis to understand and maintain inventory support level
• Responsible in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and report the plans and progress to management effectively

• Plan schedules to ensure production line is optimized
• Simulation of capacity requirement for any insertion order or project orders
• Work closely with other department each department according to manufacturing sequences and lead times

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related discipline.
• Preferably with a strong planning background, ideally in material planning, production planning, or purchasing.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Familiar with ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
• Strong analytical skills; meticulous, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multiple departments.
• Experience in Precision industries will be an advantage.
