Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Production Planning Executive to support material planning, order follow-up, production scheduling, inventory control, manpower arrangement, and production documentation for smooth operations and on-time fulfilment.

The role is based at Senoko Drive and requires a Diploma or above in a related field, with familiarity in ERP/production planning systems and collaboration with Sales, Procurement and Warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing or related field.
• Relevant experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, or production coordination is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse and other departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP or production planning systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support material planning, order follow-up, production scheduling, inventory control and production documentation.
• Liaise with Sales to ensure customer requirements are accurately conveyed to Production.
• Follow up on customer orders and monitor production progress to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor WIP and inventory levels and arrange replenishment as needed.
• Prepare and adjust production plans based on orders, inventory status and capacity.

Position title : Production Planning Executive
Location: Senoko Drive, Singapore
Working Days: 5.5 days [Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am to 12pm]
Salary :$2600 - $3300 (depending on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience)

Job summary:
We are looking for a Production Planning Executive to support material planning, order follow-up, production scheduling, inventory control, manpower arrangement, and production documentation to ensure smooth production operations and timely order fulfilment.

Job Description

1. Material Planning and Inventory Control

• Assist in sourcing qualified suppliers to ensure raw material quality and stable delivery schedules.

• Raise and follow up on purchase requests for raw materials and auxiliary materials based on order requirements, inventory levels, lead time, and production needs.

• Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

2. Order Follow-up and Production Execution

• Liaise with the Sales team to ensure customer requirements and order information are accurately conveyed to Production.

• Follow up on customer orders and production progress to ensure timely completion.

• Monitor work-in-progress and standard finished goods inventory, and arrange replenishment where required.

3. Production Planning and Documentation

• Prepare and adjust production plans based on customer orders, inventory status, and production requirements.

• Assist in planning equipment maintenance schedules and reviewing machine, process, and product capacity.

• Coordinate manpower, overtime, and shift arrangements according to production needs.

• Maintain production-related documents and organize daily production records for review and analysis.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in production planning, manufacturing, supply chain, or production coordination will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of production planning, material planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.

• Coordinatewith Sales, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and other relevant departments.
