Job summary

MANFIELD EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a competent Supply Chain Planner to forecast and align production plans with demand and resources. You will coordinate with project leaders, planners and supervisors to prioritise orders and ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.

The role focuses on material planning, BOM maintenance, and liaison with purchasers to avoid stock buildup, while leveraging SAP/MRP and Excel for analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of planning experience.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Independent and proactive; SAP/MRP knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Forecast planning and plan production orders according to demand and resources.
• Coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners and Production Supervisors on work prioritization.
• Handle material planning, requisition of materials, and BOM/design change maintenance.
• Confirm orders based on material and capability availability.
• Coordinate withPurchasers on material deliveries to avoid high stock.
• Monitor material availability for production continuity.
• Prepare reports on E&O and quarterly buy-down claims.
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing.

• Forecast Planning
• Plan and schedule production orders in accordance with demand and available resources
• Coordinate with Project Leaders, Planners and Production Supervisors on work prioritization according to delivery schedule
• Responsible for material and production planning, requisition of materials and maintenance of BOM or design change implementation
• Responsible for order confirmation based on material and capability availability
• Plan, control and coordinate with purchasers on material deliveries to avoid building up of high stock inventory
• Monitor material availability for production continuity
• Periodically report: E&O, quarterly Buy-down claim
• Ensure timely closure of production orders for invoicing

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management
• at least 2 years or more of planning experience
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good analysis skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Independent and proactive
• SAP/ MRP knowledge is an added advantage
