Job summary

DOCG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pizzaiolo to lead pizza preparation in a busy kitchen. You will craft dough, sauces, and toppings, monitor ovens, and ensure quality from prep to plating. Strong teamwork and leadership are essential.

You will work 10am–10:30pm with a 2-hour break in 12.5-hour shifts, across six days a week, including weekends. Training, staff discounts, and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen/environment.
• Proven food preparation and food handling experience with a strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary equipment.
• Leadership skills with the ability to work in a team.
• Creative mindset for menu development and food presentation.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
• Monitoring oven temperatures and cooking times.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to recipes.
• Monitoring inventory and placing orders for supplies.
• Cleaning workstations and sterilizing equipment.
• Plating or packaging pizzas as needed.
• Managing order slips and ensuring timely completion.
