Job summary

DOCSG PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team near Esplanade and Downtown areas, delivering pizzas that meet our recipes and quality standards.

You will prepare dough, sauces and toppings, monitor oven temperatures and cooking times, manage inventory, plate pizzas, and ensure timely order fulfilment while maintaining cleanliness and safety. Weekend shifts are required, with competitive pay and staff meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or similar in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Leadership and ability to work in a team.
• Creative mindset for menu development and presentation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Preparing pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings.
• Monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
• Preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
• Managing inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
• Cleaning workstations before pizza preparation.
• Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
• Plating or packaging pizzas accordingly.
• Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
