Job summary

Rehab Matters Private Limited is seeking a full-time Clinic Assistant to join our physio clinics. You will handle general clinic administration, front desk duties, and support therapists during treatment and assessments.

Your role includes preparing treatment spaces, setting up equipment, assisting with patient exercises, and helping create educational materials and public talks to promote physiotherapy and healthy living.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O' or N' Level.
• Diploma in Therapy Assistance or related field is an advantage.
• Experience in physiotherapy/healthcare is a bonus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of general clinic administration including front desk reception and inventory.
• Attend to appointment enquiries, schedule client appointments and send reminders.
• Maintain billing records and client statistics.
• Maintain therapy equipment and coordinate maintenance.
• Assist therapists in assessments and treatments and prepare equipment.
• Supervise and assist with exercises and patient transfers as required.
• Create monthly educational materials on heart and lung health and chronic diseases.
• Assist with planning workshops and public talks to promote physiotherapy and healthy living.
