Vanguard International Semiconductor Corporation in Singapore seeks a capable Engineering Lead to manage a Photo/lithography production section, driving daily operations to meet fab delivery targets while mentoring associate engineers.

You will plan manpower cross training, collaborate with engineering and equipment teams, and push continuous improvement and 5S to ensure safety and high performance in a fast-paced facility.

Competenze

Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication industry.
Experience and knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering in Photo/lithography would be the added advantages.
Experience in handling and managing production line.
Strong leadership and independent.
Highly driven, motivated, resourceful with good communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

Lead and support a manufacturing team of Photo/lithography Associate engineers to manage daily production operations to meet Fab delivery requirements.
Plan manpower cross training with AEs to increase shift deployment flexibility.
Engage direct reports to feedback on performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with photo/lithography engineering and equipment counterparts to maximise tool output and efficiency.
Co-work with production control and capacity team to improve section delivery performance.
Execute continuous improvement and quality programs in manufacturing operations.
Cultivate 5S and safety mindset in daily work environment.
Identify human error issues in the fab and work on CAPA.
