Qualifications

5+ years in semiconductor leadership roles.
Experience with EUV/DUV technologies and supplier engagement.
Strong multi-site leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead OCT Photo teams across sites, align with tech roadmaps and goals.
Develop and enable cross-site collaboration and partnerships.
Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and capex strategy across fabs.
Oversee Photo roadmaps, equipment and material strategy for new node enablement.
Transform VOC to enhance Photo processes and business practices.
Lead workforce development and future Photo leaders across the organization.
