Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking individuals with a desire to resolve issues over the phone, providing a friendly, professional customer experience. The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or a contact centre, English proficiency, and weekend availability.

Immediate start preferred. Responsibilities include handling hotline/email inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely closure of all requests.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years relevant experience in customer service or contact centre.
• Proficient in English and/or any Mother Tongue Dialect.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
• Able to work on weekends (as/when necessary).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service hotline and provide excellence customer experience
• Provide quality customer service to customers over phone and/or email
• Coordinate with internal department/teammates and ensure closure of all customer service calls/emails
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and escape problems/issues promptly
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
