Job summary

The National University of Singapore's Centre for Quantum Technologies is seeking a Programme Manager (Acad Programme) to oversee PhD student administration at Kent Ridge Campus. You will manage candidature milestones, exam processes, course registrations, and committee support, enabling smooth academic progress for doctoral candidates.

Candidates should have a degree with 5+ years of related experience, strong interpersonal and organisational skills, and a proactive approach to handling

Qualifications

• Minimum degree holder with 5+ years of related experience.
• Preferably experienced in handling student programmes.
• Meticulous, resourceful and proactive.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with drive and independence.

Responsibilities

• Administrate CQT PhD students candidature milestones (e.g., QEI, QE II, Progress Report, Oral Defence).
• Administrate CQT exam matters.
• Administrate CQT course registration matters including creation of new courses; course exemptions.
• Assist with the CQT PhD Academic Committee application process (contact applicants, interviews).
• Process student travel requests (quotation and air tickets).
• Assist in National Quantum Scholarship Scheme (NQSS) related matters.
• Provide secretarial support to the CQT PhD Academic Committee & NQSS Committee.
• Handle other administrative and logistical matters relating to PhD students (e.g., alumni network; organise events/workshops/welfare programmes).
