Job summary

Mount Alvernia Hospital in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, manage inventory, and perform other pharmacy-related tasks. The role requires relevant certification and preferably 2 years of acute hospital experience.

Candidates should be a strong team player with initiative and commitment to performance, and be able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, including permanent night shift options.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course recognised by the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore.
• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or foreign degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC).
• Preferably at least 2 years of clinical working experience in an acute hospital setting.
• A good team player with strong sense of initiative and commitment to performance and engagement.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Night shifts are for coverage of duties and off day scheduled after night duty.
• Pharmacy Assistant's duty excludes dispensing.

Responsibilities
