Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on pharmacy operations assistant who helps keep medications, supplies and inventory properly packed, replenished and organized. This is a non-patient-facing role focused on pharmacy operations, inventory management and day-to-day store activities.

You will pick and pack medications, replenish bins, receive stock, help with deblistering and ensure a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare environment preferred.
• Comfortable with repetitive packing and stock replenishment.
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack medications accurately according to labels and procedures.
• Prepare medicines for dispensing by packing into ziplock bags and completing pre-packing activities.
• Replenish medication bins and top up stocks from storeroom to maintain inventory levels.
• Receive incoming stocks and assist with checking, sorting and organizing supplies from vendors.
• Support day-to-day inventory and storekeeping activities, ensuring stocks are arranged and accounted for.
• Assist with deblistering medicines and portioning tablets as required.
• Maintain an organized, clean work environment across packing, storage and dispensing areas.
• Follow workplace safety and operational procedures when handling medication and inventory.

Join a pharmacy support team where you will play an important part in ensuring medications, supplies and inventory are properly packed, replenished and organised. This is anon-patient-facing positionfocused on pharmacy operations, inventory management and day-to-day store activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Pick and pack medications accurately according to labels, instructions and established procedures.

• Prepare medicines for dispensing by packing them into ziplock bags and completing pre-packing activities.

• Replenish medication bins and top up stocks from the storeroom to maintain adequate inventory levels.

• Receive incoming stocks and assist with checking, sorting and organising supplies from vendors.

• Support day-to-day inventory and storekeeping activities, ensuring stocks are properly arranged and accounted for.

• Assist with deblistering medicines and portioning tablets using designated equipment and procedures.

• Maintain an organised and clean work environment across packing, storage and dispensing areas.

• Follow established workplace, safety and operational procedures when handling medication and inventory.

• Assist with other operational tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor.

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable working in a healthcare or pharmacy environment in anon-patient-facing capacity.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes accurately, particularly when handling medication and inventory.

• Comfortable with repetitive packing, sorting and stock replenishment activities.

• Able to remain on your feet or seated for extended periods depending on work station requirements.

• Able to handle cartons and inventory bins weighing up to10kg, with trolley support available for transportation.

• Willing to complete required vaccinations and serology screening where applicable.

• Able to work rotating shifts according to operational needs.

• Responsible, reliable and comfortable working as part of a structured operations team.
