Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is offering an entry-level role in a pharmacy environment in Singapore. You will support day-to-day operations and learn through structured on-the-job training, gaining hands-on experience in medication preparation, inventory management, stock handling, and pharmacy administration.

You will work with a structured and collaborative team, assisting pharmacists with dispensing activities, handling supplies, and performing stock checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or higher.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; training will be provided.
• Able to perform hands-on duties including lifting up to 10kg.

Responsibilities

• Support daily pharmacy operations and assist the pharmacy team with routine tasks.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing-related activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare, arrange, replenish, and organise medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Perform stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Receive, sort, organise, and move pharmacy supplies within designated areas.
• Ensure medications and supplies are stored accurately according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pharmacy work and storage areas.
• Provide basic administrative and operational support when required.
• Assist with other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.
