You’ll assist daily pharmacy operations and support the team with routine tasks, gaining exposure to medication preparation, inventory management, and pharmacy administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level or higher qualification.
• No prior pharmacy experience required; training will be provided.
• Comfortable performing hands-on duties involving loads up to 10kg.

Responsibilities

• Support daily pharmacy operations and assist the pharmacy team with routine tasks.
• Assist pharmacists with dispensing-related activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare, arrange, replenish, and organise medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Perform stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Receive, sort, organise, and move pharmacy supplies within designated areas.
• Ensure medications and supplies are stored accurately according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pharmacy work and storage areas.
• Provide basic administrative and operational support when required.
• Assist with other pharmacy-related duties as assigned.
• Handle items weighing up to 10kg as part of daily operational activities.
