Qualifications

• Non-patient-facing role in healthcare/polyclinic environment.
• Minimum 3-month contract with good attendance.
• Able to handle cartons and medication bins weighing up to 10kg.
• Comfortable with extended periods of standing or sitting.
• Willing to complete required vaccinations and serology tests.
• Able to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack medications according to labels, instructions, and procedures.
• Prepare medicines for packing, including pre-packing activities.
• Replenish medication bins and transfer stock from storeroom as required.
• Receive, check, and organise incoming stock from vendors.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock arrangement, and general storekeeping activities.
• Support deblistering and tablet portioning using designated equipment and procedures.
• Ensure medication packing areas, storage spaces, and workstations are clean and organised.
• Follow established operational, safety, and hygiene procedures when handling medications and inventory.
• Perform other operational and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Looking for a hands-on role within a structured healthcare environment?

Join a pharmacy operations team supporting thepacking, replenishment, and inventory management of medications. This is a non-patient-facing position suited to someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing practical, process-driven tasks.

You’ll play an important supporting role in ensuring medications and supplies are accurately prepared, replenished, and organised for smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pick and pack medications according to labels, instructions, and established procedures.

• Prepare medicines for packing, including placing items into ziplock bags and supporting pre-packing activities.

• Replenish medication bins and transfer stocks from the storeroom as required.

• Receive, check, and organise incoming stock from vendors.

• Assist with inventory counts, stock arrangement, and general storekeeping activities.

• Support deblistering and tablet portioning using designated equipment and procedures.

• Ensure medication packing areas, storage spaces, and workstations are clean and organised.

• Follow established operational, safety, and hygiene procedures when handling medications and inventory.

• Perform other operational and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable working in a healthcare or polyclinic environment in anon-patient-facing role.

• Able to commit to aminimum 3-month contractwith good attendance.

• Comfortable with extended periods of standing or sitting depending on workstation requirements.

• Able to handle cartons and medication bins weighing up to10kg, with trolley support available for transportation.

• Comfortable with repetitive packing, replenishment, and inventory tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures consistently.

• Willing to complete required vaccinations and serology tests where applicable.

• Able to work rotating shifts based on operational requirements.

Working Hours

• 5.5 days per week / approximately 42 hours per week

• Monday to Friday: 7.5 hours per day

• Saturday: approximately 4.5 hours

• Shift timings may range between8:00am and 6:00pm, depending on the assigned location.

Important Information

• Candidates should declare any planned leave during the application process, particularly leave exceeding 3 days.

• Planned leave should be communicated and documented before commencement.

• Leave exceeding 3 days may not be approved after commencement if it was not declared in advance.

• Vaccination and serology requirements may apply depending on the assigned location and role requirements.

• Where applicable, associated vaccination or serology costs may not be covered if the temporary assignment ends within the first month.

Work Locations

Assignments may be available acrossWest and Central Singapore healthcare facilities, including selected polyclinics and pharmacy operations.
