Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a candidate to build relationships with healthcare accounts, identify opportunities and contribute to growth across the assigned territory.

You will plan daily customer visits, present products, follow up on inquiries and process orders accurately while staying compliant with pricing and product information. Structured training will develop medical sales, account management and customer engagement skills.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• Strong interest in medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Candidates with sales or customer-facing experience have an advantage.
• Team players with willingness to learn and meeting targets encouraged.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• No personal vehicle required; transport access may help.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop relationships with existing healthcare accounts while identifying opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Plan and organise daily customer visits and engage healthcare professionals to understand their needs and introduce relevant products.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and process customer orders accurately based on approved pricing and product information.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to support ongoing account relationships and service requirements.
• Track sales activities, customer interactions and territory performance through regular reports and updates.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, product launches, pricing and other relevant industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong product and industry knowledge through training, professional resources and industry engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer requirements and achieve business objectives.
• Contribute to team initiatives and other sales-related activities as required.
