Job summary

Novartis Pharma Schweiz seeks a seasoned logistics professional to oversee warehouse operations in Singapore with focus on compliance, accuracy and efficiency. You will manage receiving, put-away, and stock control under cGMP/GDP requirements, coordinating with Quality Control and external providers.

Strong SAP WM/MM proficiency is valuable. The role demands leadership of a sizeable team, documentation discipline and readiness for audits, driving continuous improvement while ensuring cold-chain

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehousing or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, warehouse management or distribution in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SAP warehouse management (WM/MM) is advantageous.
• Understanding of cGMP, GDP and pharma quality requirements.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSE, cGMP and GDP compliance across warehouse operations.
• Lead receiving, verification, labelling and put-away with SAP Goods Receipt.
• Execute process orders, transfer orders and material issuance on schedule.
• Coordinate raw material sampling with Quality Control and external providers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support audit readiness and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure safe, GMP-compliant drug substance handling and cold-chain shipping.
• Drive continuous improvement and business continuity with hands-on support.
