Job summary

Novartis Singapore Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Process Expert to lead daily warehouse operations and contractor performance across receiving, put-away, issuance, labeling, packing, shipping and inventory control.

Role emphasizes HSE, cGMP and GDP compliance, accurate SAP Goods Receipt transactions, and coordination with Quality Control and external providers. Minimum 5 years in logistics in regulated environments is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in business, supply chain, logistics, warehousing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or distribution in cGMP-regulated environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of SAP or supply chain management systems (SAP WM/MM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and contractor performance.
• Ensure HSE, cGMP and GDP compliance across warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, verification, labeling, put-away and stock accuracy.
• Execute process orders, transfer orders and material issuance per SOPs.
• Coordinate raw material sampling with Quality Control and labs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and financial controls.
• Support audit readiness and pre-audit activities.
• Ensure safe drug substance handling and cold-chain shipping.
