Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, life sciences, pharma or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP documentation preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and data integrity.
• Excellent project coordination and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and review batch manufacturing records.
• Review batch records for accuracy and data integrity.
• Support batch release and disposition activities.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation per approved procedures.
• Assist updates to SOPs, work instructions, and controlled forms.
• Track and coordinate technology transfer projects from planning to readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MFG, QA, Validation, Eng, Regulatory, Supply Chain).
• Provide progress updates and manage multiple projects to schedule.
