Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a quality-focused professional to prepare, review and close batch records for regulated manufacturing. This contract role requires cGMP documentation discipline, data integrity and support for disposition activities.

The candidate should have a minimum diploma/degree in science or related field with 5+ years of pharma/biotech experience and familiarity with CAPA, investigations and change control. Technology transfer experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotech/manufacturing experience.
Strong cGMP manufacturing documentation and batch record review experience.
Experience in CAPA, investigations, change control and quality systems preferred.
Technology transfer / project coordination experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review and close batch manufacturing records.
Ensure documentation accuracy, data integrity and cGMP compliance.
Support batch disposition / release activities.
Update SOPs, Work Instructions and controlled documents.
Support investigations, CAPA, change control and quality systems.
Coordinate technology transfer projects across Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, Validation, MSAT and Supply Chain.
Track project timelines, risks, milestones and deliverables.
