Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a focused professional to support manufacturing documentation and batch record activities in a GMP environment. The role involves preparing, issuing, reviewing, and completing batch manufacturing records with QA collaboration to ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma and 1–2 years of pharma documentation experience, with any project management exposure considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in a relevant field is required.
• 1–2 years of pharma documentation experience is required.
• PM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, review, and complete batch manufacturing records.
• Act as SME for batch record review and closure with QA.
• Review batch records for accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Support batch disposition and release activities with complete documentation.
• Maintain manufacturing, production, and quality records per SOPs and procedures.
• Assist in SOP/WO/form updates and controlled documents.
• Support process improvements to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet transfer timelines and GMP requirements.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and management.
