Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech manufacturing, GMP documentation or technology transfer is preferred.
• Experience with batch records, SOPs and controlled documentation is an advantage.
• Good understanding of cGMP and data integrity requirements.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue and review batch manufacturing records.
• Review completed batch records for accuracy, completeness, data integrity and cGMP compliance.
• Support batch release and disposition activities.
• Maintain manufacturing and quality documentation according to approved procedures.
• Support updates to SOPs, Work Instructions, forms and controlled documents.
• Maintain manufacturing compliance and training records.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation quality and manufacturing processes.
• Support technology transfer projects from initial planning through manufacturing readiness and handover.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, resources, risks and key activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Engineering, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
• Track transfer documentation, validation activities, analytical method transfers and GMP requirements.
• Identify project risks and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
• Provide regular project updates on progress, timelines, risks and key decisions.
• Support multiple projects and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
