Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to own high-impact projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will lead process engineering activities across technology transfer, validation, optimization and capital projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, compliant operations, develop and implement process studies, and drive safety, quality and efficiency improvements throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Biomedical Sciences or related sciences.
• 2–5 years in Process Engineering in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Aufgaben

• Lead Process Engineering deliverables for capital projects and new process tech.
• Support technology transfer, scale-up and implementation of new tech.
• Plan and execute tests and studies for new processes and transfers.
• Define critical process parameters for validation and equipment.
• Provide SME guidance for equipment and processes and manage deviations.
• Develop process concepts, processing schemes and PFDs.
• Identify safety, quality, yield and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Support process and automation design, controls and instrumentation.
• Prepare procedures, MBRs and GMP-compliant documentation.
• Design and execute process studies and progress reports.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance manufacturing.
• Support scale-up from R&D to production and post-launch stability.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for deviations.
• Contribute to CAPEX planning and cross-functional collaboration.
