Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a seasoned Procurement and Subcontract Engineer for an 18-month contract based at the Gateway Office in Singapore, with occasional site visits. You will provide contract administration across projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver on budget, schedule and quality targets.

Responsibilities include cost estimation, bid document preparation, bid evaluation and awards, contract drafting, progress payments, and procurement strategy aligned

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or Business.
• Experience in EPC/EPCM contract structures and procurement.
• Pharma/biopharma project exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimation and prepare bid documents.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate, and recommend awards.
• Prepare and administer contract documents and change control.
• Manage progress payments and cost reporting.
• Coordinate procurement strategies with project schedules.
• Administer subcontract agreements and monitor performance.
• Ensure procurement/subcontracting complies with GMP/HSE/regulations.
